What drives change?

It's the most delayed aspect in most people's lives. CHANGE.
From the outside looking in, change is difficult. You go through tough times, you come out the other end and continue on with the same habits and excuses that created the problem in the first place. Totally unaware that you have started the same process all over again!
Just in a different form.

Struggling financially? Stay at the same job.
Relationship breaking down with a total miscommunication? Keep communicating poorly.

Drug addiction destroying your whole life? Keep using.

Sadly, most people keep struggling until it becomes unbearable and their whole life crumbles around them.
Please, Please, Please try to avoid this.

The best thing I ever did was get frustrated.
I got frustrated with my life, frustrated with my stable, comfortable, consistent way of living.
It seemed as though I could see the rest of my life in my everyday repetitive habits.

This drove me to fear, emotional distress and the biggest motivating emotion of all... survival.
It took time, pressure and breakdowns but everything has changed.

It forced me to learn, forced me to find out what I don't know.

It also forced me to realize that I am 100% responsible for everything that happens around me. That's the only way to make change.

We live in a society that has been programmed to blame others for our own choices. If this is your way of dealing with situations, you will suffer greatly.

Only you are responsible for everything that happens in your life.
Once you realize this you will have the greatest sense of control in your life. Maybe the most control you have ever had.

Be thankful for your mistakes and unknowing.
Without it, you wouldn't be on the journey to the life you dream of and becoming the person you truly deserve to be.

All the best.
