There is something so powerful about starting your morning of with a positive affirmations. Some affirmations i like to start my day of by saying are...... - I am healthy, whole and complete - I am home in my body and who i am - I attract only healthy relationships into my life Your affirmations can be anything you would like them to be, these are just some examples of the ones i like to use on a daily basis, please drop a comment below i would be interested to here some of your affirmations you like to affirm to yourself. The book by 'Louise Hay' "you can heal your life" - is a truly beautiful book with lots of positive self talk that can really help your mind and body, she has wonderful affirmations in each chapter to read everyday to help you along your own journey of self discovery.

"One simple way to bring more energy and balance into your body" We are all searching for ways to find more energy in our lives with technology introduced in our lives we hardly get a chance to wind down and connect with our selves whether its school drop offs to working full time we all deserve to reconnect with the divine and feel grounded within the universe and feel positive vibes. Below is one simple way to bring more energy and balance into your life, more spiritual energy protecting your spiritual energy through chakra healing through colors and positivity clearing negativity. But first what is a chakra? First a quick refresher........... The word chakra comes from Sanskirt a historical language of hinduism and Buddhism translating to mean 'circle ' or 'wheel' a chakra is a spinning vortex of energy or 'wheel of light' that absorbs universal energy in and out of your body. Or if that doesn't make any sense to you a simple way of putting it, chakras are something you cannot physically see so you just have to imagine and visualize each of the spinning vortexs as light clearing your bodies energy's and bringing in new energy and balance. Each charkra has its own color so you can visualize whatever chakra you are healing within the body. There are seven chakras in our bodies they all represent vortexes of energy that are placed in seven different points of the spinal column all the seven chakras are connected to various organs and glands within the body. These chakras are known for disturbing the life energy within our bodies which makes us feel un-balanced and not grounded within ourselves. List of the seven chakras in our body!
Below i will give you an example that you can practice working with. So lets get started! Lets start firstly with the Root Chakra - meaning the root of all things. This charkra is located at the bottom of our tail bone, it's spinning vortex is a bright red shinning light. Its our connection to earth and keeps us grounded , when your root chakra is out of balance you may feel anxiety , panicked , low energy levels and you may also find yourself worrying about your well being and problems , which we defiantly don't want. So to bring in more positive energy we need to balance our root chakra and clear negative energy. How to Un-Block my Root Chakra! For healing through this simple meditation try it for yourself the benefits are amazing!! 1 - Sit with your shoulders back and spine straight relax all muscles of the body. close your eyes and breath deeply pulling the breath as far down into your body as you can, then exhale through your mouth. 2 - Visualize and picture in your mind a red glow at the bottom of your tail bone, the glow will slowly expand making the area warm and relaxed. rest in this position for up to 4-5 minutes. 3 - When you are ready slowly open your eyes sit for a few minutes and notice how different your body feels. Affirm to yourself ' I feel my root chakra opening, and i feel myself stabilizing. 'Wow how amazing do you feel!! You should have a feeling of being relaxed and comfortable with your life, feeling very stable and strong within yourself. you may feel a desire to explore and try new things and feel the positive energy flow running through your body.
